Judul: Vacant positions for HR Manager and Communication Manager
PT. JDA-Indonesia is manpower consultant for the Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industries in Indonesia . JDA has been servicing the Indonesian Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industry for 20 years. As a result of the decision to strengthen JDA's presence in Indonesia , JDA-Indonesia is now strongly represented in Indonesia with offices in Jakarta, Balikpapan , Tembagapura and Batu Hijau.
Our client, a Gold, Silver and Copper Mining Operation in East Java require several positions as below:
1. Human Resources Manager (HRM)
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and report writing ability
- Negotiating ability.
- Competent in applicable MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level planning skills.
- Effective time management
- Strong leadership
- Well developed communication skills
- Team leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively with management
- Ability to operate across cultures and speak English
- Knowledge of government regulations with regard to the human resource aspects of mining operations.
- Knowledge of cultural norms and expectations in Javanese communities
- Knowledge of the development of HR systems and practices in mining environments
- Ten plus years experience in a senior human resources role in a mining operation in Indonesia . A successful track record of supporting business performance and growth through effective management of human resources.
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Project's Code of Conduct.
- People relationships driven.
- Strategic thinker
- Experience in leading a mine site's human resources function.
- Be able to actively participate in the Projects management team.
- Demonstrated ability to make the hard decisions when required
- Ability to display an empathetic attitude in managing day to day HR issues.
- Tertiary qualifications in the social sciences or related field
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- Ability to communicate in Javanese well regarded.
- Indonesian Citizen.
- Willing to be located in East Java .
2. Communication Manager (CoM)
Requirements:
- High level computer literacy including word processing, internet, web content management and presentation software.
- Excellent English both oral and written.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an ability to comprehend and relay complex information.
- Be able to develop communication strategies that will target communication to the appropriate levels and content for the particular audience.
- Strong communication skills in order to be able to relay information in a way that is understood by the target audience.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian media.
- Demonstrated experience in producing high quality publications and public relations materials from start to finish, within set guidelines, timeframes and budgets.
- Experience with working in an exploration/mining environment in order to be able to liaise/communicate on related issues such as the environment.
- Formal qualifications in journalism, communications or public relations; or extensive relevant industry experience in communications roles.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- Ability to communicate in Javanese well regarded.
- Indonesian Citizen.
- Willing to be located in East Java .
